The interview is a three round process. It usally takes 2-3 weeks for the who process. - The first interview is related to core programming concepts and a bit specific to your technology stack. - The second interview is architecture-related and advance programming concepts - The third and last round is non technical, more of a behavioral sort of interview with Director/VP of the company.

It's nice to build a temporary relationship with the interviewer but it didn't happen here.
It was a dry interview.
Interviewer didn't speak clear english, kept video off and I had to ping him to check if he was attentive.
After 15min of technical conversation I was told to share the screen. After that he kept pasting the code (DSA) in the chat and asked me the output.
No feedback no followup conversations or questions
Interview was average, got frustrated mid way.
