Very disrespectful. After two interviews, they simply ghosted me and didn't even bother to let me know I was out, even after two reminder emails to the recruiter. I don't expect a complete feedback, but a one-line email saying one is no longer in the recruiting process is the minimum you should do to any candidate spending time for your company.
