First resume short listed then person take telephonic interview to take level of knowledge after that final interview call by hr.after this the main interview is taken by the company manager after finalize HR round taken by HR head.

One round of Telephonic discussion and another round of video conference. HR discussed about the salary expectations in same discussions. Questions are mostly scenario based. They were four in the call and one of them was HR person. Questions on functional area as well as technical.
