The beginning of the process was straight forward and the individuals I spoke with were pleasant. There were a few scenario based questions answered by email and two virtual interviews. At the end of the second interview I was told I got the job and they would send an offer.
A few days later I was told a third in-person interview was required as a formality. Afterwards I was sent through another hoop ie. problem solving test. Two days after completing the test without response I called to say I was no longer interested and that this process highlighted a lack of trust from the CEO in HRs ability to hire = red flag.
