I had a primary screening interview through an online service. There format was a question, 30 seconds to think about your response, and the camera turns on and starts recording. You have a few minutes to answering the question and then move on to the next question. There is no way to watch or revise your initial response.

Interview
Two ladies asked me questions after their introductions and info about the school. Prior to the interview I had to do an online interview which didn’t showcase who I really am. It was a video and I personally don’t do well with them. I was happy that they did give me the opportunity to move on to the next phase of interviewing, which they didn’t have to do. The ladies were really nice in person and didn’t make me feel nervous or beneath them.
