I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Connections Academy
Interview
Approximately 2 weeks after submitting an online application for the position, I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a Phone Interview. I was given two interview dates (with times) from which to choose. On the interview day, the recruiter spent the first part giving details about the company. Then I was asked a series of questions about my reasons for wanting to work for that company and about my experience. Finally, I was given the opportunity to ask my own questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was pretty prepared for this interview after researching the company and closely examining their website. Therefore, none of the questions were particularly difficult or unexpected.
First step to the interview process was a Hirevue recording interview. Next and final step was a panel interview with admin answering questions and demo teaching a lesson for 5 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Connections Academy (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2014
Interview
Quick. This process was very quick, but it was also very close to the beginning of the start of the school year. The process was unique - coming from another state - having a phone interview was definitely different. The people were kind and asking typical questions. It was slightly awkward not being able to "see" how I was doing based on using facial cues and such... it wasn't too bad.

Question 1
I was asked about traveling... if I was able to travel and how much time I would need as notice. I wasn't expecting a WFM job to require travel.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Connections Academy (Englewood, CO) in Jun 2014
Interview
Started off with a virtual interview which was emailed to me. Took approximately 30 minutes to answer all questions. After that, I didn't hear anything for almost 2 months, but then I received a phone call asking me to come to the office for an in-person interview. Met with 2 principals and a few teachers and answered your typical teacher questions. Offered the job about a week later!
