The process was not hard and had about five questions that did not take that long to do and it was over in a short time. It did not take long at all to finish the interview.

Digital Interview was awkard but an easy proccess. And then I had a virtual interview with a small panel of counselors and administration - asked good questions about my view on the role of a counelor/how I would approach different studen situations and gave alot of information up front

Video interview was submitted after application. Then there was another "in-person" video interview. Went smoothly. Answered basic counseling questions and it lasted about 30 minutes. Overall was a good experience.
