If they are interested, you will get a digital interview after that the next step is an in person interview. There is not always an offer available although they are interving and this process can take from 2 weeks to 2-3 months.
At first you apply, them get sent a video Interview request. I am currently only on this step of the interview process, so I will know more once I have completed this step as to what follows.

Interview
Three step process. The first interview will be recorded on hirevue, the second is a timed test based on competencies, the third is a panel interview with your potential supervisors.
About one week after application, a link for a video interview was sent through email. The interview had 4-5 questions, and it had to be done in a couple of days window. If you move beyond the video interview, the school will contact you for further interview.
