Why do you want to work at Connections Academy? What remote teaching experience do you have? Are you comfortable reaching out to students and parents via phone calls?
At first you apply, them get sent a video Interview request. I am currently only on this step of the interview process, so I will know more once I have completed this step as to what follows.

Interview
Three step process. The first interview will be recorded on hirevue, the second is a timed test based on competencies, the third is a panel interview with your potential supervisors.
About one week after application, a link for a video interview was sent through email. The interview had 4-5 questions, and it had to be done in a couple of days window. If you move beyond the video interview, the school will contact you for further interview.
