I received a call from the Lead Principal for a phone screen. Currently, candidates receive a video screen in which 5-10 questions are presented and the candidate must video record their answers. If the candidate passes the screen, they are invited for a face-to-face interview. The overall process takes 30 days, approximately: from application, interview process, offer, to date of hire.

Completed a video interview and then a panel interview of about 7 teachers and administrators. Final interview was Senior Leadership. The whole process took a couple of weeks. The leadership team was communicative in the steps so I was informed throughout the process.
