I received a call from someone in HR -- she was in a rush and had only one question for me, "what salary was I looking for?"
She then asked if it would be ok to text me to schedule a formal phone interview (the next day) as she was "stepping into a meeting" at the time I returned her call.
The next day I received a text message asking if I was free in 20 minutes for a phone interview? BTW it was clear from my provided resume that I am presently employed -- so 20 minutes notice was not enough for me to even see the text, nevermind be prepared for an interview.
The whole experience, starting with the abrupt question about salary (I guess if I gave the wrong answer that would have ended my process) to the rudeness and lack of care about my scheduling availability turned me off.
I simply refused to answer anymore of the HR reps calls and would caution anyone from dealing with this person and company.
After my experience, I read the other interview feedback and employee reviews.
The assessment that this place has SERIOUS EMPLOYEE ISSUES and DOESN'T CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES came through loud and clear in just one initial HR phone interaction.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone -- and I live around the block.
I wanted this to work badly as they are located so close to my home and I was more than qualified for the role -- just from one interaction with an HR recruiter they couldn't pay me a million dollars to even return their calls.
