The HR first invited me to attend a general interview and he asked me about availability that week after that I didn't hear back from him for the rest of the week, and then after reaching out he sent an invite for the next day. After attending that he sent an expired link for the online assessment, and it took another week for me to get the right link. The assessment was a lengthy case study which was supposed to be not proctored but he sent an assessment which was proctored. Imagine sitting in the same place for 8 hours solving a case study? (the proctoring didn't allow me to go out of the frame) and after all this, he again asked me for my availability for the next rounds and again went awol on me. After contacting him twice, he sent back a generic reject mail, Companies should stop wasting candidate's time, or at least be empathetic and not send a generic mail after going through all of this.
