I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Connecture
Interview
Short and sweet, not long and drawn out. Met with management team, discussed how they are growing, discussed my fit with the company and the culture. It was to the point and a good process, unlike some that drag for weeks or even months. The dress was business casual and the people very professional.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Connecture (Brookfield, WI)
Interview
The first interview was with 4 people (2 people at a time). It was the standard questions (except they didn't asked the 5-year question, which was nice). I interviewed with 2 PM's and 2 Business Analysts. After those interviews, I came back in for one more interview with the Director. That interview was very short. He was basically making sure he liked me.

There were several phone interviews with an outside staffing agency representing Connecture. Normal type screening questions. Then after the phone screens, an onsite was scheduled with 2 interviews and one on the phone. I received an offer several days later and signed it within 3 days.
