Initial interviews are through an online, virtual interview process. Using recorded video questions, they ask 14 questions. Many answers recorded through a webcam. The questions were all fair and direct. The whole online interview process was about 20-30 minutes. I was given time to consider my answers before recording them. After the initial interviews were reviewed, selected candidates were called in for a followup interview.
