The recruiter led me to believe I was a top candidate after having great calls with her and the hiring manager(s). She was so great and kept in touch through the whole process and then ghosted me. It was a terrible experience. I get it and would’ve been happy with a quick note to say thank you but we found someone else who is a better fit but instead my last follow up email was ignored and she disappeared. Sad that this is acceptable behavior for a company that prides itself in being a family.
