I had to undergo 2 rounds of interviews. 1) With Director India: She asked about my role and asked about the challenges that I faced and how I solved the problem statements. 2) VP-London and Director Ops India: It was a panel interview with both the ladies. The interview was very comfortable and it was more of a conversation where we discussed the entire gamut of HR.
