I interviewed for this position twice. I have the skill set and remote work experience. The hiring manager for this position is an interesting character. She interviews in a negative manner. I believe that who ever was selected for this position the first time did not last the first week. The second time around that I interviewed, she asked if I knew how to put together a laptop, monitor and and IT should not be contacted for this. This told me a lot about her style and why these open positions keep popping up. I was not surprised when I received my 2nd rejection email. I’m sure more diversity in the department is not welcomed as well.
