Applied for a role that I was actually OVERQUALIFIED for and the HR rep kept constantly trying to down-sell me on a even lower role. Wowers. I guess we see how Consilio roles. Ignore the candidate's skills, background and experience just to look good to try and fill a role. Do you think, if I was hired, that I would have stuck around long? I was also communicated things in the initial HR screen that were requirements but they weren't even listed as requirements on the job description. How about updating your boilerplate job descriptions instead of stringing a candidate along? Also. I was told that they really only promote from within for higher level roles. So let me get this right. You want me to accept a job, with a lower job title than what I am capable of and have already been doing for years, bust my rear for 10 years to then 'maybe' get promoted twice. Uhhhhhh ok. Glad I didn't get the job. Bullet dodged FOR SURE.
