I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Constant Contact (Waltham, MA)
Interview
Lengthy for an entry level position. I had a great phone screen with the recruiter, was set up for a call with a sales floor manager and was immediately asked to be brought in. I met with 3 groups of two managers and the director. This was the only onsite meeting. I was asked some standard sales questions but the focus on the whole process was based around how coach-able I was. They made sure to provide feedback to me on my answers and had the next group ask the same question and had me give a different example.
After I was given the offer it took over a month to have a start date (must align with training class schedule)
