It’s ironic that a company called Constant Contact has such poor communication. I had to follow up multiple times to get information about the format and expectations of each interview. I was told the third interview did not include a portfolio presentation, but then was asked to share a project from my portfolio during the interview. Worst of all, I was ghosted after 3 rounds. Lots of red flags.
