Two phone interviews (one with recruiter, one with hiring manager), was invited for in person panel interview, but turned down for other job offer. Overall great experience, very relaxed throughout, very nice people, know the STAR method!

You're immediately sent an assessment. Some parts are technical other are personality and behavioral. The assessment took 30-40 minutes. I never heard from the recruiter. Incredibly inconsiderate recruitment process, and I won't be apply to other roles.

Applied online, got email from recruiter 1.5 weeks after applying. Friendly and good conversation. Had interview with hiring manager 3 weeks later which also went well but I could tell my experience didn't exactly align with the role. In the end they wanted someone with more targeted experience, which is fine. I received a very nice rejection email with feedback. Very professional treatment, one of the best I've had during my interview process over the past few months.

Interview
The interviews went well and they moved quickly from HR phone screen to Manager Phone Screen to In person interview, however after the in person interview, which went pretty well, never heard from the company again despite follow ups to the hiring team. Blowing someone off after a phone screen I get but if someone takes the time to prepare to actually come to see you in person on your schedule then owe them the courtesy of a follow up.
