I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Constellation Brands (Canandaigua, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
Phone interview with HR, followed by a prescreening and then an initial interview. The group was cut again at this point to a few select candidates who underwent a panel interview with the group. The entire process ended up taking about a month to complete. Overall I'd say I was relatively pleased with the process and would say its in the top quarter of interviews I've had.

I interviewed at Constellation Brands (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews with multiple people within the org. Got to meet a lot of the people who I’d be working with or doing work for. Which was nice visibility and a good thing for decision making
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Constellation Brands (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Applied online and went through 2 panel interviews. Questions they asked were pretty straight forward: behavioral questions and they are looking STAR method answers. Beware of getting ghosted ! I read some of the interview comments on glassdoor that some people got ghosted, didn't think that would happen to me as well. Seems like a consistent practice with this company which is disappointing as I was excited for the role.

Question 1
Walk us through your resume. Tell us about a project you've worked on. Tell us about a time you dealt with a difficult customer. Tell us about a time you dealt with ambiguity
The most unprofessional HR department I’ve ever coordinated with. The initial HR screen and interviews went great, the hiring managers definitely wanted to know you as a person and asked questions about your background. Overall a fair and straightforward process. The HR department has been a nightmare to work with, though. They set up timeframes to call but ghost you. I’ve had at least 3 calls scheduled with HR where they just don’t call and don’t follow up in a timely manner. Really disrespectful of candidates’ time. Was really excited about the role I interviewed for but the interview process has been so disappointing I’m reconsidering my interest in the company.
