I met with the Director of the Direct to Consumer department and another manager. Each portion of the interview was very conversational and each portion lasted about one hour. The actual interview process was thorough, relevant to the position, and engaging.This was the second time i had interviewed for a position in this company within 3 years. Both times, they failed to contact me again to inform me of the status of their decisions. I had to call and follow up multiple times to get a call back to let me know of a decision, despite their promises to reach out within two weeks with a final decision. The follow up to the interview process is unprofessional and disappointing. Make sure to ask when you can expect to hear from them with a decision and be prepared to initiate that contact on your own if they don't follow through.
