My interview experience with all hiring staff from start to finish was amazing. Everyone was very informative about the company. I received a call from the Talent Team and scheduled a first interview. I then received another call scheduling a second interview with the Senior HR Lead. I then completed a third interview on-site with the Operations Team. Finally had my last interview with Corporate HR Team.

I applied with Constellation Brands in September 2021, and two weeks later, received an email from the talent acquisition team to set up a phone interview. I responded the same day with my availability, and never heard back from the recruiter. I followed up the following week with my availability again, and now 3 weeks later, have not heard anything. Super disappointing as an HR candidate, and has turned me off from the company and brands.
