Applied Online. Before the first phone call, there was a cognitive evaluation that requires 30-45 minutes of your time. Had a phone call after completing the evaluation. About 5-6 weeks later, I received an email saying "We think you are great candidate for this position, are you available tomorrow for 3-4 hour interview at x:xxam to x:xxpm?". I felt weird how rushed the email sounded and I emailed back with my availability for next day and following day. They didn't respond back after 4 days later with the same template saying "the team is thrilled to meet you, are you available between x:xxam and x:xxpm?". The interview process sounds such a mess and unorganized. I confirmed the date and time. Then I emailed back asking what the interview is gonig to be. I didn't get the response for few days and I finally received a reply about 7 minutes before the 3-hour interview started. So I joined the interview without knowing what to expect. First two interviewers were nice and polite during first 45-minute of interview. The rest 2 45-minute interviews were unprofessional and clueless. Interviewers from last two interviews asked similiar questions and kept assuming that I don't have any knowledge of certain skills after asking vague questions. When I asked for a clarification, the interviewers were bothered by it. They were overall unprepared and unprofessional. It seems they didn't even review my resume properly because they struggled to ask next questions. When I received an email saying "the team wants to meet you and they were impressed by your skills and background", and I didn't feel any of those vibes during the interview. They were just bragging about their 10-20 years of experience instead of curiouis about candidate's background. I didn't have any positive impression about the company and the team from the interview. I followed up after the interview for the feedback and I was ghosted instead. Very unprofessional and there were lots of red flags during the interview. Just look elsewhere for a better workplace and work culture.
