I had a great experience with all of the individuals I had the opportunity to speak with during my interviews. They were all very smart, engaging people, and their passion for their jobs was evident.
However, the interview process was frustrating. For my first interview, I was asked to come in for four hours, and the second interview was three-and-a-half hours. As I currently have a job, this was extremely difficult to pull off - and I had to take a half day off each time. However, I was absolutely willing to do it.
I have not heard from Constellation since that second interview, despite my numerous attempts to follow up. Even if I was not going to get the job, I would have appreciated hearing a "no thank you" so that I was not left hanging - especially as I had jumped through so many hoops to make the two interviews (7.5 hours total!) happen.
I heard that they just hired someone for the position. I am not upset at all that I was not selected for the position - as I understand that not everyone can be the perfect fit. I am just incredibly disappointed by the level of professionalism that was shown during this process.
