I applied online and was then directed to complete an hour-long virtual job capability test. I heard from the recruit at the 2 week point and had the interview a week later. I was informed that the hiring manager may have a problem with me having a JD and being a licensed attorney (the hiring manager is also an attorney). I was then informed that callback decisions would be made at the end of the week and I would be contacted regardless of their decision. I never received any further communication. I got the feeling that the hiring manager did not want to hire other lawyers because it would make her feel threatened in her role. No communication, a very disappointing interview, and a general waste of time.
