Interview
The entire process took a long time. First, I had to take a type of exam and a personality test, followed by a phone interview with HR, and then an online interview with the managers. Two managers interviewed me because the position is open for both teams. Personally, I didn’t like that it was done jointly—I don’t think it’s ideal.

Interview
First step was an assessment then an HR calll. Recruiter was very nice and straightforward, they asked general behavioral questions about resume, share something you've accomplished. The call lasted around half an hour

Interview
Filled out the online application and then received an invite to do a video interview. Apparently, the video interview is mandatory. That's just not right to make applicants do. If you want to have a discussion, let's set something up. Making candidates jump through MORE hoops before speaking to a live representative of your company provides a terrible candidate experience and is the anthesis of what you claim in your employment video. It's a shame, really.
