Interview
Applied last November, HR called in Feburary and did a phone screening followed by on site interview. Behavior type questions and projects you working on.
I followed up with HR a week after and got ghosted. 3 weeks after that I get an email from another department manager saying he received my resume from the individuals who interviewed me prior and would like to talk about a position he is hiring for. I replied back and expressed my interest, but again I get ghosted. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
