I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Constellation Energy (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
My original date for the phone screen was cancelled bc the recruiter was out of the office that day. I rescheduled and completed the phone screen a week later. Then I was sent a personality assessment test and completed all of those online. After about a day or two I got the invitation to schedule an in-person interview in downtown. After my in-person interview I haven't managed to hear back with a decision. It's a bit disappointing how the recruiter kept in contact with me up until the point where I asked for an update after the in-person interview. I'm still waiting for a response.
It's been a month since the initial contact from the company. It's been over a week after my in-person interview. Not sure if I will ever hear back.

I interviewed at Constellation Energy (Houston, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online, contacted by the hiring manager to set up face 2 face interview. Didn’t really complete a phone screen, really just confirmed interview with hiring manager. Houston location is kind of hard to find. Interviewer was great, she had been with the company a very long time and expressed the opportunity for growth. Very lax interview, she asked a set of questions from a sheet of paper but more of a conversation no STAR. I interviewed this morning, waiting to see if I got the job.
