I applied online and about 2 weeks later had and recruiter phone screening, after a week had a 4 panel interview with mangers and to be coworkers. After that no response for three weeks, then generic rejection email “we went with someone else”. .x

Started with a 30 minute screening call with basic questions on experience, why you wanted the job, etc.
Progressed to one call with the hiring manager that was more specific around energy and specific experience with tools such as Excel. Next steps were another panel interview with other members of the team.
The final round was a case study on a company that was to be presented in person at their Baltimore office.
