They use a STAR style behavioral based interview. The STAR stands for Situation/Task - Action you took - Result that you got. The questions are all tied to behaviors such as Drives innovation, Promotes and Leverages Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Exhibits Courage. Interviewers sometimes seem more concerned with sticking to the STAR format than they do with actually evaluating the skills of the candidate. Not much of an opportunity to have an open discussion. Interviews are always a panel style but the panels can vary significantly.
