Very weird process. External recruiter reached out to me in November. Set up interview in early January, second panel interview end of January. I met with hm in person for an informal dinner in January. They said they liked me. They actually had me reapply to a similar job online. At the end they asked me to take a bizarre online personality test administered by a third party. After all that in February they didn't extend an offer. I guess they didn't owe me anything but what a waste of time.
