The interview process was truly a "one off." I initially get this email indicating that I was scheduled for an interview the next day at 9AM and to setup a Skype call with the hiring manager. (Note: they reportedly got my profile off of a job board). I then proceeded to book a call with this person and went about my business for the day. The same hiring manager emailed me back and forth a few times with some one liner questions like where are you located and to be punctual for the interview. The day of the interview, we go through a 45-60m interview completely on Skype (bypassing any normal means of communication much like anyone does through an audio/video call). They ask when I can start, and I reply but then asked the person if they can answer roughly ~10 questions I had which I submitted via Skype chat with no response....complete radio silence. My gut tells me its some sort of scam but hope I am wrong. I am currently following up with the company to see if this person is an employee of CSI as I do not see this job posted on their job board anywhere nor can I find this persons information on LinkedIn.
