Interview
I got an email for an initial interview quickly after applying. The next day spoke with the person who posted the job and had a great conversation in which I was told I would be having another interview the following week. After following up in the middle of the following week I was told that the person I was to speak with next and the job poster where getting ready and would reach out in the coming days.
I never heard from anyone in the company again. I followed up three more times asking for an update initially, then asking if the job had been filled, then just asking if they had gone in another direction. A month and a half after the initial interview that went great and I was told I was moving on to the next round I got a automated rejection email. The job poster never returned any of my emails after my first follow up, basically just ghosted me.
