I responded to a craigslist ad for the job when the new stadium was opening. Went for on-location interview within a week, filled out paperwork application that took about 20 minutes, including past employment history and some longer questions, followed by interview with person who would be my manager. There were other applicants in the same room, doing the same process, so you could hear the manager asking the questions in advance. I remember hearing the guy being interviewed before me saying that "when I'm hired for a company, I do everything I can for the good of the company." At the end of his interview the manager said "We'll call you if you've been accepted." My interview was pretty easy and I didn't have a hard time answering questions. I smiled often and had worn my most professional-looking clothes and did my hair as neatly as possible. At the end of my interview she told me my starting date instead of giving me some soft rejection line about a phone call.
