The interview was comprised of a few quick questions regarding why I wanted to work for the company and a few quick questions on the information that had been provided in my CV and Cover Letter - which I had emailed to them in order to kick start the application process.

Consists of HR Screening and a final interview day:
- 3 team building exercises, 2 being trivial generic ones and the final being slightly more technical logic and reasoning
- A 2-1 interview with 2 interviewers and 1 interviewee

Question 1
(Asks you to pick a celebrity you relate to and groups you into groups of 6)
- If a ship was sinking and your celebrity was on it with the other 5 in your group, which 2 celebrities would take the emergency raft to survive.
(More technical grouped interview happens after filtering some people out after Interview 2.)
Writing to Server B takes 1 minute while writing to Server A is instant, a recent change happened to the frontend, can you use your group members who are assigned different roles for this change to find out what's wrong?
(2-1 interview process with Customer Service Manager + CTO / Regional Manager + CTO)
Questions provided before interview day and have to give 3 minute speech about it.

Interview
Fast and fluid interviews went well. Was only 3 stages and 30 minutes contracts came quickly. Took 4 weeks from start date. Big offices and friendly staff. The hours are quite strenuous but enjoyable job and pay is good for a graduate
