A teams interview, an in person interview and then another interview with the COO. I was verbally offered the role by both the recruiter and internal recruiter. 4 weeks of chasing being told that they wanted me but were waiting for sign off. A recruiter reached out to me during this period to interview for this role, I had to awkwardly explain I had actually been verbally offered this very role already... After that I gave up but was contacted 5 weeks later to be told that they had decided to go in a different direction. No wonder they need a new People Team! Avoid!

I had a 30 min telephone interview with the Chief People Officer, followed by a F2F with him where he asked me about my outlook and experience, then a second casual F2F with the admin manager who asked a bit about me and my interests.
