Thank you for the feedback. All interviewees are informed whether they have been successful or unsuccessful in their interviews, without fail. This is done via the recruitment agent that the candidate was presented by. Based on this feedback we have asked all recruitment companies to verify that they do inform all candidates, which they have all said they do. In practical (time) terms there isn't much more we can do than this. It is of course also possible to be proactive and contact the agency, then contact the company if you hear nothing. We are always looking for proactive colleagues, so perhaps there is something to learn from this!
