Applied through recruiter. Three stages of: coding test, 1 hour online interview and 1 hour in-person interview. Coding test as expected: short technical questions about SQL, C#, design patterns and AGILE. Mix of code writing, multiple choice and full answer Qs. Interviews were mostly the same questions but from different people repeating what I had put on my CV and technical questions. Very negative part was they had informed my recruiter they would be sending an offer after CTO had approved but was "out of office so may take some time". In fact two weeks later they informed us they had offered the position to someone else. Fortunate I had not handed in my resignation.
