There were four stages. Firstly, an initial video interview with HR. Secondly, a more in-depth, role-specific video interview. Thirdly, a short task (no longer than one hour). Finally, a video interview with a senior member of the team. All of these stages were straightforward and there weren't any difficult questions. At the end of the final interview, I was told that I would receive an offer in the coming days. About a week later, I had a quick call with HR, who confirmed that they were planning on making me an offer in the next couple of days. Since then, three weeks have passed, and I haven't received any further communication or an answer to the follow up message that I sent. Given the amount of time I had invested in the process, I don't think this reflects well on the company, particularly after two verbal offers.
