Ghosted by the interviewer at the final stage. Emailed the recruiter a few weeks later to get some feedback and answers as to why and did not hear back. Very unprofessional process. It is a 3 stage interview process. The first stage was an informal conversation about skills and experiences The second stage was a bit more formal - going into detail why I want the role / how will I help the group Third stage is meeting the heads of departments.
