I recently interviewed with the Continental Realty Corporation for an HR Coordinator position and left feeling frustrated by the lack of transparency and fairness in the process. Despite being told that "everyone enjoyed meeting me," I wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with all relevant team members. This left me questioning how a fair evaluation of my qualifications could have been made. The process felt disorganized and incomplete, and it’s disappointing that candidates aren't given a full opportunity to properly represent themselves. I hope the department reconsiders how they handle their recruitment moving forward, as it reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism.
