1.Application submitted 2.I was invited for an oral exam which consisted of me walking into a room sitting at table with a paper with questions taped to it. A manager and analyst took turns asking questions. Entire thing was recorded. The give you significant time to answer each question. Questions were very general. It was to observe communication and interpersonal skills. 3. I was placed on the eligibility list. 4. I was invited to interview for the position. There were 3 interviewers each took turns asking general questions regarding my experience and my understanding of the position. There were scenerio questions regarding the way i handle management issues. 5. I was invited to another interview With the request of giving a presentation. I of course was very nervous delivered the presentation and set for q&a afterwards. Questions were very general regarding my supervision style and approach to different situations. There were 5 people present at this time each are people who will work closely with the selected candidate. It felt more like a focus group instead of an interview. Everyone asking questions regarding their concerns and me providing feedback regarding my perspective. The overall interview process was stressful because there is no way to really prepare for what you are walking into it forces you to be present and open to whatever questions come your way. It was also pleasant and I felt that every interviewer was open to my perspective.
