I applied online and received an email requesting an assessment test after one week. I had to answer two analytical questions about North Africa as well as Arabic language test. Two weeks later the HR sent me the assessment result I received very positive feedback for my analyst assessment however, they told me that the Arabic assessment was not as strong. Ironically, I'm native Arabic speaker and the assessment was very easy!
