The first interview was a phone interview and they asked me three or four questions about my school and previous job experiences. Then, we had a face-to-face interview but it was so awkward. The first thing that they told me is my tattoo on my ankle and whether I can get the tattoo erased. Second, as the position is based on Dubai and Middle East, they told me that my age (23) is not enough to handle the job despite my previous job experience.
