I applied for the same position twice within a few months. The first time I was emailed with questions regarding relocation, I responded and never heard back. When applying again I was contacted for a phone interview, it was very brief. During the phone interview they told me I would receive a call in the next two days to follow up. I never received a phone call and emailed a follow up. I never heard back from my email either.
