First interview with HR, basic questions. Second interview with member of the team, asks about expertise and opinions. Great to have some articles and ideas ready for an insightful conversation. Written assignment: 1 analysis pager about a job-related issue to be submitted within 2 hours. Interview with several team members. Similar questions to second interview, plus questions around cultural fit.
