I interviewed 4 times. Once with HR, which was the basic getting to know you interview. Then 2 more with other members of the team and HR representatives, one of which required a technical assessment. Finally, an interview with the client I would be working with to ensure we'd be a good fit. Everything seemed to be going well but then they ghosted me. I even followed up to request an update with no response. Very unprofessional to put someone through 4 interviews and a technical assessment just to never reply to them.
