Interview
It was pretty smooth. HR communicated well, the interviewers were lovely. First interview was with one person. I was assigned a task that that was completed over three days. The second interview followed shortly after to discuss the task, and meet another team member. Rejection followed a few days later.

They were so unkind, kept me waiting for weeks to say no without a reason. I followed up with HR who told me that even if I killed it at work my nationality could never get me a full time role

It was fine, there is a written test, followed by 2 rounds of interview. The HR responds quickly. They give 3-4 days to write the test. The interviewers were calm and let me speak.
